Michael Lee, D.D.S., M.S.

Dr. Lee is a graduate of the University Of Minnesota School Of Dentistry and has also earned a degree in Business Management at the U of MN Carlson School of Management.
He has been involved in research regarding biomaterials and biomechanics, specifically polymerization shrinkage and expansion of glass ionomer restorative materials as well as his thesis work with examining the accuracy of indirect bonding of orthodontic brackets. Dr. Lee has special training in the use of clear aligners, functional appliances, as well as soft tissue laser procedures. He has a special passion for the treatment planning and problem solving aspect of orthodontics.
Dr. Lee also has an interest and commitment to organized dentistry. He has served on the Minnesota Dental Association Board of Trustees and has been involved in many other leadership positions throughout his academic and professional career.
Dr. Lee grew up in Rochester Minnesota. He and his wife, Nikki, currently live in the Minneapolis area. Nikki is a surgical nurse at the U of MN Medical Center. Together they enjoy fitness, travel, music and spending time with their family and friends.
