Dear Dr. Hultgren,
I called and spoke with Robin this morning to schedule a follow up appointment for my daughter Marie.

I relayed to Robin a conversation I had with Marie last week. Marie has typical worries about her appearance most teens have….
--“How does my hair look?’
--“I hate this acne!”
--“Is my nose straight? It looks crooked.”

Then she surprised me by saying, “I never worry about my teeth. They look really great. People say I have a nice smile.”

This note is simply a special thank you for the confidence you’ve given Marie about her appearance. They say people who smile a lot have more friends and even make more money!

Katie W has been our favorite tech since we started coming to your office. She is just a special person. My daughter is quite shy but she sure opens up to Katie.
